Unique Carper has been working with nonprofits and trade associations in Florida since 2005. Her professional experience includes: Grant Management and Compliance; Strategic Planning; Executive Staff Support; Board and Committee Management; Corporate Event Planning; Marketing and Communications; Membership Recruitment and Retention; Educational Program Coordination; and Customer Service. 

Using the hands-on knowledge she has gained in the last 15 years along with her education in non-profit management, she now offers Non-Profit Consulting & Virtual Assistant services to small businesses and non-profits, with customized packages that meet the individual needs of the business.
